Intellectual Property

Our intellectual property group provides legal services to clients in the registration, exploitation and enforcement of intellectual property rights. These include registration of trademarks, preparation of agreements for the licensing of intellectual property rights such as copyrights and trademarks, and advising on taking of passing-off actions for domestic and international clients. Currently, the intellectual property group of our Firm is structured to play a supportive role to our corporate/commercial group and litigation group. It is one of our plans to expand our practice on this area in the forthcoming future.
