PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND PRACTICE FOCUS

	Worked as a regulator for the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission and an assistant solicitor in a litigation firm before joining So, Lung & Associates;

	Advised on the regulatory and licensing implications of investment activities for the securities and financial industry;

	Engaged in litigation of civil and criminal nature, including personal injury, property damage, insurance matters, traffic and statutory offences.

	Handled cases involving general commercial and contractual disputes, shareholders and company conflicts.

PROFESSIONAL/ COMMUNITY INVESTMENT

	Volunteer English teacher for Hans Anderson Club, summer and winter 2002, Hong Kong.
